To check the status of your recent withdrawal:

  1. Go to the My account Icon in the top-right of your screen.

  2. Select Bank and choose Balances.

Your two most recent withdrawals display in this section along with the amount, Payment Method used and the date it was requested. In addition, the below statuses are shown to confirm the current status of your withdrawal:

Withdrawal Request

Your withdrawal request has been received but not yet processed by bet365.

We aim to process withdrawals within four hours of the request. On occasion this can be delayed for up to 24 hours. We will contact you via email if we encounter any issues.

Withdrawal left bet365

Your withdrawal has been successfully processed by bet365, and should now be with your payment provider.

Please review the below information relevant to the payment method withdrawn to:

Card and Apple Pay Withdrawals – For some payment providers, it can take up to 2 banking days for the funds to be credited to your bank account.

Your withdrawal will show as bet365 on your statement. Please check your card statement for a transaction with this name.

Please ensure you are checking the correct bank account for your withdrawal. You can check the card the withdrawal was sent to by: 

  1. Go to My account Icon on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select  History and select then Withdrawals. 

  3. Click the withdrawal you are trying to locate. The last 4 digits of the card number used will be shown in this section.  

If this time frame has passed, and you have still not received your withdrawal, please Contact Us with the withdrawal ID, and we will work on resolving this for you.

Bank Transfer Withdrawals - For some banks, it can take up to 5 banking days for the funds to be credited to your bank account.

Please ensure you are checking the correct bank account for your withdrawal. You can check the bank the withdrawal was sent to by:

  1. Go to My Account on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. Review the details to see which Account you sent the funds to.

If you are still unable to locate your withdrawal, please Contact Us and we’ll review this for you.

Your withdrawal will show as either Earthport, Hillside, Trustly or Worldpay on your statement.  

All other payment methods – Please  Contact Us  with the withdrawal ID, and we will work on resolving this for you. 

Failed to send

We have attempted to process your withdrawal but were unable to process your request.

The funds were credited back to your bet365 balance and an email has been sent to you with further information.

Please check the details registered on your account to ensure that you attempted to send the funds to the correct account. In addition, check the payment method, Card or Bank Account are still active and able to receive funds from an online betting operator.

For Bank Transfer withdrawals, to check the bank you have attempted to withdraw to:

  1. Go to My Account on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. Review the details to see which Account you attempted to send the funds to.

To check the details are correct for Card withdrawals: 

  1. Go to My account Icon on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select History and then Withdrawals. 

  3. Click the withdrawal you are trying to locate. The last 4 digits of the card number used will be shown in this section.

Withdrawal Returned

Your withdrawal was successfully processed by us but has since been rejected by your Payment Provider and sent back to us.

The funds were credited back to your bet365 balance and an email has been sent to you with further information.

Please check the details registered on your account to ensure that you attempted to send the funds to the correct Account. In addition, check the payment method, Card or Bank Account are still active and able to receive funds from an online betting operator.

For Online Banking withdrawals, to check the bank you have attempted to withdraw to:

  1. Go to My Account on the bet365 homepage.

  2. Select Withdraw.

  3. Review the details to see which Account you attempted to send the funds to.

Cancelled

Your withdrawal was cancelled either by yourself or bet365. The funds will have been credited back to your bet365 balance.

Where the withdrawal was cancelled by bet365, you will have received an email containing additional information.
