Description of Promotion
1. Once logged in, navigate to ‘Rewards' to see your full promo Terms and Conditions and Opt In via the pod or page situated within ‘Rewards’.
2. Safety Net Bet will apply to your chosen bet once ‘Use Safety Net Bet’ is selected on the Bet Slip. If you place two or more bets on the same Bet Slip, only the selection that has been nominated as the Safety Net Bet will qualify.

Eligibility
4. This promo is only available to customers aged 21+. You must be physically located in the state of Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana (permitted parishes only), Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Virginia in order to make a deposit or place a bet.
5. This promo is only available to new and eligible customers. You can see a full list of your available promos by logging in and selecting the "Rewards" section on the mobile app or on desktop. bet365 maintains a record of customer contact in relation to eligibility for promos and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.
6. This offer is not available to individuals who are on an exclusion list.
Action Required
7. Once logged in, opt in and add your qualifying bet to the bet slip, enter your cash bet amount, select ‘Use Safety Net Bet’ and place the bet.
Claiming Promotion
8. To claim the Safety Net Bet, select ‘Use Safety Net Bet’ option at the bottom of your Bet Slip.
9. Your Bonus Bets will normally be available to use within one hour of your qualifying bet being settled, if you are eligible for a refund, and will be held in your Bonus Bets balance.
Registration Procedures
10. Users must hold a bet365 account that is eligible for this promotion in order to participate.
Limitations on Participation
11. Only bets placed with cash are eligible to receive this promo. Where your qualifying bet is funded partly with cash and partly with Bonus Bets, only losses from the cash part of your bet will be refunded in Bonus Bets.
12. The maximum refund in Bonus Bets that can be received is stated within your bet slip after opting in.
Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
13. Where your qualifying has been Cashed Out, the promo will no longer apply.
14. Bets deemed no action or bets which are settled as a push will not receive a Bonus Bets refund and the promo will be closed.
15. Bets placed using Bonus Bets, bets placed on boosted odds or event specific Bonus Bets placed by selecting 'Use Bonus Bet' from the bet slip do not qualify for a refund as part of this promo.
16. For the purpose of Cash Out, the value displayed will already have the Bonus Bets wager removed and will be the actual return received if Cashed Out.
17. Your Bonus Bets cannot be:
- used as wagers on Teasers;
- used as wagers on Profit Boosts;
- used as wagers on Bet Boosts;
- used as wagers on Super Boosts.
18. Bets placed using Bonus Bets will not qualify for the following boost:
- Parlay Boost
Order of Funds Used for Wagering
19. Customers can choose whether to wager using cash or Bonus Bets. To use Bonus Bets you must manually select 'Use Bonus Bets' on your bet slip in order for them to be used before deposited funds when wagering.
20. Your Bonus Bets are non-withdrawable. Any returns from Bonus Bets wagers will be added to your Withdrawable Balance, but the Bonus Bets wager is excluded from any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of +200 would give a return of $60 ($40 winnings plus $20 wager), whereas a $20 Bonus Bets wager placed at odds of +200 would give a net return of $40, as the $20 Bonus Bets wager is not returned.
21. Wagers can be funded in part by your Bonus Bets and part with your Withdrawable Balance; however the Bonus Bets element of the wager will not be included in any returns. For example, a $20 bet placed at odds of +200 which was funded by $10 Bonus Bets and $10 cash would give a net return of $50 ($40 winnings plus $10 cash wager) as the $10 Bonus Bets wager would not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has had an opportunity to win (for example, in the event of a push), Bonus Bets wagers will not be returned. If a bet is deemed no action and has not had an opportunity to win (for example, when a Goalscorer bet is placed on a player who does not then take part in the game), Bonus Bets wagers will be returned.
22. Your Bonus Bets will expire 7 days after they are added to your Bonus Bets balance. If additional Bonus Bets are added to your Bonus Bets balance within this 7 day period, the total Bonus Bets balance will expire 7 days after the last addition.

23. You can wager across any event on the sportsbook.
Restrictions on Withdrawal
24. Your Bonus Bets will be held in your account balance and are non-withdrawable.
Cancellation
25. Where any term of the promo is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the enhanced payment, Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets element of such promos and/or void any bet funded by the Bonus Bet or Bonus Bets. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bonus Bets, Bonus Bet or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.
26. All customer promos are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or promo is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any promo or all promos to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus or promo and remove any winnings from such bet.
27. bet365 may reclaim any bonus amount, Bonus Bet, Bonus Bets or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
28. bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
