If you are unable to place a bet, please review the following:

Ensure that you are logged in and have sufficient balance for your bet.

Check if the enter stake and Place Bet button are visible.

Ensure your stake does not exceed the maximum allowed. More information regarding minimum and maximum stakes can be found here.

Be aware that odds or line changes will need to be accepted before placing the bet, unless you have enabled the Allow odds and line changes during bet placement toggle. You can do this by navigating to the Preferences section of the Account menu and then enabling the 'Allow odds and line changes during bet placement' option.
Location
If you attempt to place a bet outside of the location where your account is registered, you will be unable to place a bet. For more information on how your location can impact your ability to access your account, please see the Why does my location restrict my gambling? FAQ here.
In-Play
If you are betting In-Play and are unable to place your bet, this may mean the markets you are attempting to place a bet on are currently suspended or are no longer available.
Should a market be suspended, a displays where the odds were previously located.
Interrelated Betting
Some bets where selections have a direct impact on each other may not be accepted.

Unavailable Sports or Markets
The availability of sports and betting markets is always at the discretion of bet365. However, you may submit requests for betting markets by using the ‘Others on Request’ option if this is available, or by contacting our Customer Support team.
