What is Biometric Login?

Biometric Login allows you to use your physical features, such as your face and fingerprint, to log in to your account.

Why do I need to clear my app settings?

Clearing your app settings can clear images and preferences stored on your device which may have become corrupted and caused your log-in issues.

Clearing iOS app settings

  1. Close the bet365 app.

  2. Go to Settings on your device.

  3. Find the bet365 Sports App in settings.

  4. Select the Clear Settings toggle.

Clearing Android app settings

  1. Close the bet365 app.

  2. Go to Settings on your device.

  3. Find the bet365 Sports App in settings.

  4. Select Storage.

  5. Select Clear Cache and re-test the issue.

  6. Should the issue persist, repeat steps 1-4 but select Clear Data.

What if the problems persist?

Should these issues persist, we would recommend that you delete and re-install the bet365 app.
