If you believe your bet365 account balance is incorrect, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

VPN's and security software can cause discrepancies in your account balance. If you are using these progams, please ensure that they are disabled before refreshing your balance.

It's possible that your bet may not have been settled. You can check your bet history by clicking My Bets at the top of the page, and selecting Settled Bets. Alternatively, open the account menu by clicking , select History, and then Settled Bets.

We aim to settle all bets within an hour of an event finishing.

Bet Credits are valid for 7 days after being claimed. They are included in your total balance, which appears at the top of the page. Once they expire, your balance will be adjusted accordingly. This could cause unexpected discrepancies in your balance once the Bet Credits expire.

You can find your Bet Credit amount, including the expiration date, at the top of the account menu. Your balance is separated between Withdrawable and Bet Credits.

A Dead Heat occurs when two or more competitors finish an event in a tie, meaning they cannot be separated by judges, timings or a photo finish. This may affect your account balance as a Dead Heat can result in a lower payout than expected. You can find more information on Dead Heats here.

If you have opted in to Jackpot365, this may explain why your account balance differs to what you expected. Jackpot365 adds an additional amount to eligible casino games and Sports bets.

For eligible casino games, an additional £0.10 (or currency equivalent) is added to each stake.

For Sports bets, an additional £0.50 (or currency equivalent) is placed on top of your initial stake.
