We aim to settle all bets within one hour of an event finishing. For In-Play markets, we aim to settle bets as soon as the market is determined.
In some instances, bet settlement may take longer. For updates regarding any unsettled bets, Contact Us for assistance.
Bet settlement
All bets are settled in line with our Sports Rules, which provide detailed guidelines for bet settlement across various sports and markets.
My Bets
In the My Bets tab, you can choose from three views to monitor your bets: Open, Live and Settled.

Open - All active and unsettled bets display here.

Live - Displays your bets with selections that are currently in-play.

Settled - Shows your recently settled bets.
Important Tip
Good to know
If your selection wins, a green tick will appear next to it in My Bets. If it loses, a red cross will appear. If your selection is void or a push, a grey circle with a strikethrough will be shown.
Results
When logged in, you can check the outcome of your bets through our Results service. You can also find this page at the bottom of the website or app, just select Results.
You can use filters to search through Sports, Competitions and dates, to find what you are looking for.

Horse Racing results can be found in our Horse Racing Archive; alternatively, you can locate today’s race results within the Racecard.
