Where Fixed Odds are offered and no price is taken, bets will be settled at the last odds available with bet365.

Where Fixed Odds are not offered so no price is taken, bets will be settled based upon the Pari-Mutuel (Tote) dividend (declared inclusive of wager).

Please note that bets which go directly into US Pari-Mutuel pools will be placed in USD$, although we will also indicate the value of your wager in your chosen currency. Bets which do not go directly into US Pari-Mutuel pools will be placed in your chosen currency. Winnings from US racing will be shown in your chosen currency on your account statement. Host track rules apply to all pool bets. There is no maximum payout applied to bets which go into pools. All dividends from the track are returned to a $2 unit, and bets will be settled using the dividend declared. If a bet is placed for a bet type where no dividend is declared, that part of the bet will be deemed no action.

If on the day of a race the surface is altered (e.g., Turf to Dirt/All Weather or vice versa), then bets will stand.

Some horses may be coupled in all Pari-Mutuel pools. If a bet is placed on two or more coupled selections and one is a scratch, then the bet will stand on the remaining selection(s).

In the event of the local stewards declaring that a horse is running for purse money only, where fixed odds prices are offered on that selection/race, all bets will stand on the finishing positions of all runners. All Pari-Mutuel bets on that declared selection will be deemed no action, and considered a scratch.

US Pari-Mutuel Pools

Bets are settled to win unless Win/Place is selected. A Win/Place bet is a bet of twice the selected unit wager. It contains one bet of unit wager on the selection to Win and one bet of unit wager on the selection to be Placed according to the terms advertised for the event. In general, the Place part of Win/Place bets will be settled as per the following Place terms:

Position Payout is a fixed odds market, which gives you the option to place a bet on your horse to finish within a range of finishing positions. The payout of your bet is determined by the set multiplier assigned to the finishing position of your horse.

Bets on scratches will be deemed no action.

If a horse(s) is withdrawn from a specific race with odds of greater than +475, your selection will stand at the current prices. If the withdrawn horse(s) has odds of +450 or less, then your selection will be recalculated at the current prices. In the event of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the number of finishing positions offered at time of bet placement, then bets will be deemed no action.

For any Position Payout bets, in the event of a dead-heat, we will pay the full multiplication value for the higher place. As an example, if your horse dead heats for 3rd and 4th place, you will be paid in full for the 3rd place multiplier.

Our Double Result promo will apply to this market.

In all races the number of runners shall be the number of runners coming under starters orders. Bets will not be accepted where the Place wager exceeds the Win wager. Win/Place 2 Leg Parlays, 3 Leg Parlays, and parlays will be settled Win to Win and Place to Place in accordance with the above.

Each Way Extra bets are considered an offset to standard Win/Place terms. In the event of scratches, if the standard Win/Place terms change, then the Each Way Extra terms will also change accordingly (including changes to the number of places available and/or the market place fraction).

Bets on scratches will be deemed no action, and when applicable, Rule 4 will apply to all remaining runners based on the odds of the withdrawn horse in the normal Win market (not the Enhanced Bet odds). Our Double Result offer will apply to this market.

The price for the selection to win the race is less than for the Win and Place markets, but money back if your selection finishes second. Bets on scratches will be deemed no action, and when applicable Rule 4 will apply to all remaining runners based on the price of the scratch in the normal Win market (not the Win Insurance price). In the event of scratches the number of places paid will remain the same, unless the number of runners in the race is equal to or less than the number of places paid, in which case all bets will be deemed no action. Dead-heat rules apply. Our Double Result offer will apply to this market.

As above but money back for finishing second or third.

As above but money back for finishing second, third, or fourth.

As above but money back for finishing second, third, fourth, or fifth.

As above but money back for finishing second, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth.

As above but money back for finishing second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, or seventh.

As above but money back for finishing second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, or eighth.

As above but money back for finishing second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, or ninth.

As above but money back for finishing second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, or tenth.

These markets are settled according to the terms advertised for the event. Bets on scratches will be deemed no action, and when applicable, a deduction will apply to all remaining runners based on the relevant Place Only/1-2/1-2-3 odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of withdrawal, using the table below. In the event of scratches, we reserve the right to change the place terms offered for subsequent bets placed. In the event of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the number of places offered at time of bet placement, then bets will be deemed no action. Normal dead-heat rules apply. Our Double Result offer will apply to this market. However, our Lucky 15/31/63 bonuses do not apply to Place Only bets.

This market is settled according to the terms advertised for the event. In the event of scratches, we reserve the right to change the place terms offered for subsequent bets placed. In the event of the number of runners in the race being equal to or less than the number of places offered at time of bet placement, then bets will be deemed no action. Additionally, if there are any scratches in a race, a reverse Place deduction may apply to lengthen the odds on selections not to be placed. Normal dead-heat rules apply. Our Double Result promo will apply to this market, however our Lucky 15/31/63 bonuses do not apply to Not to Be Placed bets.

Dead-heat rules apply. Where we offer odds on an event without a nominated selection(s), for settlement purposes the finishing position of the “without” selection(s) will be ignored.

In the event of a scratch(es) a Rule 4 deduction will be applied based on the odds (in the specified “without” market) of the scratch at the time of withdrawal.

If the specified “without” selection is a non-runner, bets stand.

In the case of a scratch(es) leaving only one quoted runner in a “without” market, then our Walkover rules will apply and bets will be deemed no action.

Where there are no finishers in a race excluding the “without” selections, then all bets will be deemed no action.

Any Win/Place terms advertised are settled on the actual number of runners who take part in the race excluding the “without” selection(s).

Should any Exacta contain a scratch, the bet will be deemed no action. If a bet is placed for an Exacta or reversed Exacta and a Quinella is declared, then the total wager will be placed as a Quinella.

Should any Quinella contain a scratch, the bet will be deemed no action. If a bet is placed for a Quinella and an Exacta is declared, then the wager will be split and settled as a reversed Exacta.

Should any Fixed Odds Quinella contain a scratch, then the bet will be settled based on the bet365 starting odds of the remaining selection in the Win market, unless a scratch results in less than 3 actually running in a race, then bets for that race will be deemed no action.

If any scratches result in a total Rule 4 (Deductions) of $0.10 in the $ or greater, then winning bets (not containing any of the scratches) will be settled at our recalculated odds based on the bet365 starting odds of the final field in the Win market.

In the event of two or more horses dead-heating for first or second place, then separate recalculated bet365 odds will be declared and paid to each qualifying bet. The full odds will be paid with the wager split according to the number of horses which dead-heat.

Should any Trifecta/Superfecta contain a scratch, the bet will be deemed no action.

If one selection is a scratch, then the bet will be settled as a Fixed Odds Tricast (for a Fixed Odds Superfecta) at the bet365 model calculated odds. If there are two scratches in a Fixed Odds Superfecta, then the bet will be settled as a Fixed Odds Forecast at the bet365 model calculated odds.

If any scratches result in a total Rule 4 (Deductions) of $0.10 in the $ or greater, then winning bets (not containing any of the scratches) will be settled at our recalculated odds based on the bet365 starting odds of the final field in the Win market.

In the event of two or more horses dead-heating for first, second, third, or fourth place, then separate recalculated bet365 odds will be declared and paid to each qualifying wager. The full odds will be paid with the wager split according to the number of horses which dead-heat.

Forecasts are accepted for all races of 3 or more actual runners and will be settled as a straight forecast (selections to finish 1st and 2nd in correct order) in accordance with the bet365 forecast dividend. If there are less than 3 actually running in a race then all forecasts for that race will be deemed no action.

You may take early prices or show prices in straight forecasts when available, in a fixed odds forecast. If any withdrawals result in a total Rule 4 (Deductions) of $0.10 in the $ or greater, then a fixed odds forecast will be settled at our recalculated odds based on the bet365 starting odds of the final field in the Win market.

Where a client selects combination forecasts A B C and wagers for 6 bets, this will be settled as 6 straight forecasts as follows:

Should any forecast contain a scratch, then the total wager will be placed to Win on the other selection, unless a scratch results in less than 3 actually running in a race, then all forecasts for that race will be deemed no action. In fixed odds forecasts, the remaining selection will be settled at the last available odds with bet365.

In races where a horse finishes alone and no forecast dividend is returned, then all forecast bets nominating that horse to finish first will be settled as a Win straight at the last available odds with bet365 on the winning horse. All other forecast bets in the race are lost.

In the event of two or more horses dead-heating for first or second place, then fixed odds forecasts will be paid at the full odds with the wager split according to the number of horses which dead-heat.

In the event of two or more horses dead-heating for first, second, or third place, then fixed odds tricasts will be paid at the full odds with the wager split according to the number of horses which dead-heat. Tricasts are accepted for straight bets only.

Where a horse is withdrawn before coming under starter's orders, or is officially deemed by the starter to have taken no part in the race, then wagers will be returned on the withdrawn horse and winning bets will be subject to deductions in accordance with Rule 4 (Deductions). The rate of deduction will be based on the odds of the withdrawn horse at the time of its withdrawal on the following scale:

Where there is a dead-heat, winning bets will be settled under the quote to the full wager. Where a horse finishes alone, bets will be settled over the quote. Where a horse finishes exactly on the quote, then all bets will be settled as no action.

All selections must be deemed an official runner or bets are deemed no action.

The selection that attains the highest finishing position is the winner. Bets will be settled on the Correct Weight or the All Clear result supplied by the official governing body.

Dead-heat rules apply.

If both or all selections fail to finish, all bets will be deemed no action and wagers returned.

Bets will be settled on the official result after the weigh-in. A selection that fails to complete the race is deemed to have finished last for settling purposes. If a horse is declared a scratch and its odds at the time of withdrawal is 9/1 or less, then all bets placed on all selections in the Finishing Position market prior to any new market being formed will be deemed no action. If a horse is declared a scratch and its odds at the time of withdrawal is 10/1 or greater, then all bets on the Finishing Position market stand with no Rule 4 (Deductions) adjustment. Our Double Result offer does not apply to this market. Dead-heat rules apply.

Where applicable, the named horse must win. All bets will be settled according to the official distance as stated at the weigh-in. Any scratches, then Rule 4 (Deductions) will apply to Horse Winning Distances (not applicable to Race Winning Distances). Where the named horse is a dead-heat winner, then bets will be settled as under to the full wager. Where a horse finishes alone, then bets settled as over.

For a specified race odds are offered for either of the named horses to win.

If either horse is declared a scratch, the entire bet will be deemed no action.

Standard Rule 4 deductions apply. Bets settled on the official result. Dead-heat rules apply.

In the event of scratches, all bets will be deemed no action if the number of runners in the race is equal to the two horses quoted.

Choose runners to win each of two consecutive races. Host track rules apply in the event of scratches. You will receive a consolation payout if you have a scratch in one leg and a winner in the other, if offered by the Host track. If there is no winning bet in the pool, a consolation dividend will be paid.

Choose runners to win in the selected consecutive number of races. Host track rules apply in the event of scratches. You will receive a consolation payout if you have a scratch in a leg and the favorite wins, and all of your other selections win, if offered by the Host track. If there is no winning bet in the pool, a consolation dividend will be paid.

If for any reason we are unable to transfer a Daily Double or Pick 3, etc., into the pool, the bet will be deemed no action.
