All bets on Harness Racing will be settled from results as per the official governing body.

Official results are provided at www.atg.se (Swedish Trotting), at www.rikstoto.no (Norwegian Trotting), at www.hippos.fi (Finnish Trotting), at www.dantoto.dk (Danish Trotting).

For settlement purposes, the horse with the highest finishing position based on the official result will be deemed the winner.

If a specified race is abandoned or declared void, then straight bets will be deemed no action and any selections involved in parlays will be treated as a scratch.

If two selections dead-heat, bets will be deemed no action if the selection has odds less than evens (Odds-on). Dead-heat rules will apply to selections with odds of evens or above (Odds-against). If more than two selections dead-heat, then all bets on the race will be deemed no action.

For settlement purposes, the place positions will be based on the official result and will be subject to the following guidelines:

Races involving;

2-3 horses (No Place betting available, Win only)

4-6 horses (2 Places available)

7-15 horses (3 Places available)

16+ horses (4 Places available)

bet365's Futures wagers are accepted on the basis of all-in run or not, entered or not. Except where specifically stated, wagers are lost on a Futures bet if a selection does not take part. Futures markets can and will be suspended and re-issued with new odds at the discretion of the company. Futures bets are settled at the Price and Place terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

If two horses are paired against each other (for betting purposes), the horse with the highest finishing position based on the official result will be deemed the winner.

Bets will be refunded if one or both of the horses in a head-to-head are declared a scratch, if the specified race is abandoned/declared void, or if both horses fail to complete the course/fail to record an official time.

If two horses paired in a head-to-head dead-heat, then bets will be deemed no action and wagers refunded.

If three horses are grouped against each other (for betting purposes), the horse with the highest finishing position on the basis of the official result will be deemed the winner.

Bets will be refunded if one, two, or all of the horses in a triple header are declared a scratch, if the specified race is abandoned/declared void, or if all three horses fail to complete the course/fail to record an official time.

If two horses grouped in a triple header dead-heat, bets will be deemed no action on selections that have odds less than evens (Odds-on). Dead-heat rules will apply to selections with odds of evens or above (Odds-against). If all three horses in a triple-header dead-heat, bets will be refunded.

For settlement purposes, the winning horse’s official race number will determine the winner. In the event of one or more scratch(es), all bets will be deemed no action if any of the horses are +1000 or shorter in bet365’s race win book at the time of scratching.

Rules for lay (Not to Place) bets are the same as for those stipulated above, with the following exceptions:

Not to Place bets are only available on horses which have win odds of +200 or less.

Not to Place bets are not available on 2 runner races.

Dead-heat rules apply as normal to Not to Place bets.

Multiple Not to Place bets with selections from the same race are not permitted.

For Outright Race Betting (both Win and Place markets) in the event of one or more scratch(es), the odds on the remaining runners are reduced in accordance with the Rule 4 (Deductions).
