For a specified race, odds are offered for either of the named horses to win.

If either horse is declared a scratch, the entire bet will be deemed no action.

Conditions

Standard Rule 4 deductions apply. Bets settled on the official result. Dead-heat rules apply. Our Best Odds Guaranteed and Double Result offers do not apply to the Either to Win market.

Scratches

In the event of scratches, all bets will be deemed no action if the number of runners in the race is equal to the two horses quoted.
