How to Withdraw

To make a Withdrawal, select
from the top right of your screen and choose “Bank”, then “Withdraw”.

Select your Bank Country from the list.

Enter the required bank details, the below information will assist you with what to enter in some of the fields:
Account Number - will be between 5-10 digits long. Do not enter your Transit Code in this field.
SWIFT/BIC Code - will be either 8 or 11 characters long.
Bank Transit Code (Routing Number) - made up of a 5 digit Branch Number and a 3 digit Institution Number.
Ensure all information is accurate and the bank account is in your name, or this may prevent your withdrawal being received. -
Enter your Withdrawal amount.

Select “Withdraw”.

We process bank transfers via various providers. For that reason, the sender of the funds may display on your bank statement as one of the following:
Hillside
Worldpay
bet365
Pay Direct
PayPer Inc.
If you are withdrawing to a bank account outside of Canada, it may take longer to receive your funds.

All funds deposited via INTERACⓇ will be processed back to you via INTERACⓇ bank transfer.
How to Withdraw

To make a Withdrawal, select

Enter your Withdrawal amount and then select "Withdraw".

If you have registered for INTERACⓇ e-Transfer Autodeposit, your funds will automatically be sent to your bank account once we have processed your request.

Alternatively, once we have processed your withdrawal, you will receive an email containing your assigned security answer and instructions on how to accept the withdrawal through your online banking.
Emails will be sent to the Interac email address you have used to deposit. -
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your withdrawal and receive the payment. Once completed the funds will be credited to your bank account.

Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed back to the same card used to deposit.
We aim to process your withdrawal within 2 hours of your request. Once received by your bank, they may process your winnings instantly.
Where we are unable to withdraw back to your Credit Card, funds will be returned to you via bank transfer. Refer to the Wire Transfer section for further information.
