Best Odds Guaranteed is an offer available on UK and Irish Horse Racing and Greyhound racing bets. This allows you to take a price on a selection, and if the Starting Price (SP) is bigger, we will pay you at the bigger odds. When Best Odds Guaranteed has been applied to your bet, confirmation is displayed at the bottom of your bet receipt.
Please note that for Horse Racing, Best Odds Guaranteed only applies to bets placed from 08:00 UK Time on the day of the race.
Starting Price (SP)
The Starting Price (SP) is the odds for a Horse or Greyhound at the time the race begins. This is an industry standard supplied to all bookmakers by the racetrack.
Availability and Exclusions
For Greyhounds, the offer is available for Win and Each Way bets on Fixed Odds markets. This includes Board Prices, bet365 Early Prices, singles, multiples and Showcast bets. Ante-Post and Tote/Pari-Mutuel are excluded from Best Odds Guaranteed, unless otherwise stated. The offer only applies to bets placed from 08:00 UK Time of the day of the race and is not available for races outside of the UK and Ireland.
For Horse Racing, the offer is only available on Win and Each way or Win Only Fixed Odds markets. This includes singles, multiples, Bet Boost and Showcast bets. The offer only applies to bets placed from 08:00 UK Time of the day of the race and is not available for races outside of the UK and Ireland.
Adjusted place terms (such as Each Way Extra), Ante-Post bets, Position Payout and Tote, Pari-Mutuel and Colossus bets are excluded, unless otherwise stated.
If your selection involves a non-runner, then Best Odds Guaranteed still applies if the SP is greater than the revised odds of your bet after the Rule 4 is applied. If no SP is declared for a withdrawn horse, then your bet will be settled at the odds it was placed at (subject to Rule 4).

Winnings Boost
Where a Winnings Boost is applied to the Win and Each Way market, the returns received on settlement will be the greater of the bet placed (original price taken plus Winnings Boost) or the Best Odds Guaranteed starting price (with no Winnings Boost applied).
