Edit Bet gives you the ability to add, swap or remove selections on unsettled straight accumulators both pre-match and In-Play. For unsettled single bets, you have the facility to swap or add selections.
Subject to acceptance by us, you can add, swap or remove selections and place your edited bet for the new stake displayed on the bet slip. The current Cash Out value will be used as the new stake and all bets will be updated to reflect live odds.
If your Edit Bet request is successful, your bet will be placed using the new stake and your edited selections will display within My Bets.
You can edit a bet on your mobile or tablet device via the Cash Out tab within My Bets. Simply select Edit Bet in the top right of the bet slip, which will then update to allow you to add, swap or remove selections of your choice.
Edit Bet requests may be unsuccessful if, during the acceptance process, a market has been suspended or the odds have changed.

If you have forgotten your login details, you can use our Lost Login facility, available on web, mobile and tablet.
To access the Lost Login facility via the web, please select Lost Login? in the top right corner of our website.
Mobile and Tablet
To access the Lost Login facility via mobile or tablet, please select Log In from the top right hand corner of the website or app. You can then select Lost Login? at the bottom left hand corner of this pop-up.
By entering the email address registered to your account, your four-digit security number and your date of birth you will be able to create a new password for your account or recover your username.
The four-digit security number is a number that you selected when you opened your bet365 account. We ask you to provide this before any action is taken on your account to ensure we are corresponding with the account holder.
If you are unable to remember your four-digit security number, please Contact Us and provide the following information:
- Your username
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- The first line of your address and your postcode
- Your email address or telephone registered to your account
- The date and amount of your most recent deposit or withdrawal into your account, or the last four-digits of the payment type you have registered on your account (e.g. Credit Card, Neteller account number etc.).
- A four-digit security number that you would like registering to your account.

The Cash Out feature allows you to take a return on your bet before the market for your chosen selection(s) closes. This allows you to take a profit if your selection is doing well, or minimise any potential loss should you think the bet is unlikely to result in a win.
Subject to acceptance by us, you can Cash Out your bet for the return amount offered on the Cash Out button on your Bet Slip. This is based upon live market prices which may be greater than or less than your original stake.
All you have to do is monitor the Cash Out return amount and the performance of your bet and when you are happy with the amount offered, click on the Cash Out button.
If your Cash Out request is successful, your bet will be settled immediately and any funds returned to your account will be equal to the amount shown on the Cash Out button on the Bet Slip. The bet is settled and the final result relating to your bet will have no impact on the amount returned to your account.
Alternatively, using the Cash Out slider you can choose to Cash Out a portion of your bet and leave the remaining stake to run. To enable the Cash Out slider click on the icon to the right of the Cash Out button on the Bet Slip.
Cash Out is available on selected markets both pre-match and In-Play, on single and multiple bets, for a variety of sports including Soccer, Tennis, Horse Racing and Basketball. The Cash Out slider is available on single bets and straight accumulators only, it is not currently available for other multiple bet options.
The displayed Cash Out amounts are not guaranteed. Cash Out requests may be unsuccessful if, during the acceptance process, the market has been suspended or the odds used to calculate the Cash Out amount have changed.

Touch ID allows you to log into the bet365 App quickly and securely using your fingerprint. This feature is available on compatible Apple iOS devices. For full technical requirements please click here or visit the Technical Issues section.
In order to use Touch ID, it must be enabled within your device settings. This can be done by selecting Settings, Touch ID & Passcode and following the onscreen instructions to scan and save your fingerprint.
Following this, log into the bet365 App as normal and you will be presented with the Log in faster using Touch ID pop-up. Simply tap Use Touch ID on this pop-up to enable it for future log ins.
When Touch ID is enabled, press the Home button and where your fingerprint is a match you will be logged into your account.
If you decide that you no longer want to use Touch ID login, you can turn it off via the Services drop-down in the top right of the bet365 App.
Keep me logged in allows you to access your bet365 account without having to enter your username and password each time you open bet365 on your mobile or tablet.
To enable this feature on your mobile or tablet, simply select Keep me logged in on the log in pop-up and then enter your username and password.
Should you wish to disable Keep me logged in, simply select Log Out and the next time you access your account you will be prompted to enter your username and password.
In order to verify your account you will need to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
KYC is a two-step process and there are a number of quick and easy options available to you to complete this. You can view these options in the Know Your Customer section of the website.
When logged in, the Know Your Customer section can be accessed via the Services drop down menu in the top right corner > Members > My Account > Know Your Customer, alternatively if logged in on a computer, it can be accessed here.
If you have submitted your documents using the upload facility in the Know Your Customer section of the website, we will aim to review your documents within 48 hours. Once the review is complete we will notify you by email.
However please be aware that due to high volumes, any documents sent in by email can take up to 72 hours for us to review. Once the review is complete we will notify you by email.
If you have already submitted your documents via email, you can speed up the verification of your account by also uploading them via the Know Your Customer section of the website.
When logged in, the Know Your Customer section can be accessed via the Services drop down menu in the top right corner > Members > My Account > Know Your Customer, alternatively, if logged in on a computer, it can be accessed here.
To make a deposit into your bet365 account you need to be logged in, then select the Services drop down menu in the top right corner > Deposit, alternatively if logged in on a computer this area can be accessed here. This will present you with the Deposit section of the Members page. From here you can select your desired payment method, submit the relevant payment details and register it to your account.

To use the Live Streaming service you need to be logged in and have a funded account or to have placed a bet in the last 24 hours. Any fixture/event on our website which has the Play or Video icon next to it is scheduled to be shown via Live Streaming.
Live Streaming can be viewed on the In-Play page above the Bet Slip. The drop down menu directly above the stream can be used to select the event you wish to view. To lock your stream, click the padlock icon which will allow you to keep watching your chosen stream whilst you navigate around the In-Play page. To view a scheduled Live Stream simply navigate to the In-Play betting on that event. The Live Stream will automatically appear above the Bet Slip when logged in.

To bet on a single selection, make your choice from the sports navigation and then choose your market. Select the price you wish to take, this automatically adds your selection to the Bet Slip. Once on the Bet Slip you can enter the stake you wish to risk. If your selection is correct, select Place Bet.
